Hi! My name is Josh.  I was 10 years old on January 9th,  2011. I went to Brazil when I was only 6 months old.  I lived  in the city of Curitiba.  My church was Igreja Batista  Emanuel.  I had many friends in the church and in our  neighborhood. I miss my dog, Lilah.  I accepted Jesus as my Savior a few years ago. My  parents and grandparents always taught me about God.  One night, I asked my Dad to explain how I could be sure I  was saved. That night in Brazil, I prayed and accepted  Jesus as Savior. I was baptized in our church in Brazil.  My Grandpa George and Grandma Maxine were  missionaries in Curitiba, Brazil, too.  I liked to visit them a  lot.  We worked in the garden and in the shop a lot.  We  like to build things. They are home on an extended medical  furlough now (whatever that means), but I’m glad I get to  see them often.  We are living with Grandma Carol right now.  (I keep her busy).  I study at home. Mom is my  teacher (I keep her busy, too!). I play soccer in a soccer league for boys my age. I also like  being involved in the church where Dad is helping as Missionary Pastor, Bible Baptist  Church. Mr. Sammy (my Sunday School Teacher) and I are responsible to produce and copy  the CD’s of services for those who can’t come to church.  That's all for now.  Bye.
